or Colwyn Bay should you not speak Welsh.

It's heyday architecturally sems to have been in the Edwardian era. Much wrought ironwork and stained glass, but less ornate, more geometric, than it's Victorian counterpart.

In the last census (2001) there were less than 10,000 people living here. It will be interesting when the 2011 census is published to see if it has risen or become even more desolate.
