The Great Orme
Today we went for a 5 mile hike up and round the Great Orme. This is the hill at the end of the promentary upon which stands Llandudno.
There is a little church, St Tudno, which has been a place of worship since the 6th Century since St T himself came and started spreading Christianity.
The first thing that we saw was this plaque commemorating a benificiary from Twickenham! (For those who don't know, I live about 2 miles from there).
The other two benefactors left a total of 60 pennies, the interest of which was to be used for the good of the poor of the Parish. I'm not sure they'll be getting much off 25p!
