Red sky at night...

I don't know about shepherd's delight, but it was certainly a mozzie delight. I shouldn't have stopped for photos and carried on cycling, but the buggers got me through my tee-shirt and one has flared up already. Grrr.

Have had a sluggish couple of days - but conjured up some energy from somewhere and got 10kms in before the light disappeared completely. Felt much better afterwards.
