Fascinator, shoes, blister plasters, lipstick and nail polish all purchased.

The group of us girls that thought the races were a good idea, has now dwindled to two of us. We are using varying methods of transport, (mainly public) to get us to York. We will be dollied up to the eyeballs, sat alongside commuters. And it is to rain. We have never been to the races before, we have never placed a bet. But on the plus side, we have access to the Champagne Terrace.

We are so giddy, we're beside ourselves!!
