On so on down to Reigate to see my dad and stepmum. I feel like I've posted a picture of this before, and I'll be the first to admit my poor food photography skills do it no justice, but this is the BEST CURRY EVER. Really. It's a beef pasanda, and is nothing like the creamy restaurant version. It's just spicy enough, and uses just yoghurt, meat, spices, ground almonds, a touch of chilli, and some garnish.
Every time we visit my dad we request it, and he's now taken to doubling the recipe- this is enough for 8 people, and there were only 4 of us... What we didn't manage to polish off was put in a ciabatta roll with a little aubergine pickle for Chris's lunch the next day. Pasandwich, we've christened it. So good.
