The Battered Fish

After a swift Speyburn 10 y.o., I went off to see 'In a Better World' at the Filmhouse which won the Oscar for best foreign language film. Tense enough, particularly as the story develops and several nice vertigo inducing scenes atop the grain elevator. That's your lot.
After that I had a craving for a chipper as the house has been taken over by a coven this evening. And I ended up back at the scene of last night's crime. But what a great fish supper, which I ate on the hoof before picking up a couple of bottles of Crabbie's and sneaking in and upstairs. If only they'd keep the cackling down, down there.
