Eight Miles Away...

is Lewisville County Park. I went there today and it is a really pretty place for walking, hiking, picnic and taking photos. I parked in the small "free" place rather than pay the $3.00 user fee, and walked the path around to the Lewis River. I took a bunch of photos, but I liked this sort of artsy one, I guess we could call Sun, Rock, Leaf and Bug. The only song I can think of was Up a Lazy River, but this river isn't all that lazy, tumbling over rocks and such, so maybe I'll forego the song for the day.

Back to chores. Must. Do. Chores!
