Smile!

We were lucky to get another sunny day today while Jeff is still on holiday, so we made the most of it and went to the beach.

Elizabeth liked our picnic, which we bought in haste. She ate the chicken bites and grapes. But she wouldn't eat the sausages because they were cold. However, she did feed them to me!

We played in the sand a lot. She likes sliding down into holes her daddy has dug, and she loves destroying sandcastles.

She still didn't like the sea, and asked to go "home" whenever we went near it. However, we later met up with Jeff's cousin and his family and Elizabeth played with them in the little pool of water for about another hour. She was laughing her head off and running up and down the pool with a truck.

She must have played for about 4 hours in total, and then fell asleep on the way home. Luckily it only delayed bedtime by an hour. Maybe if we're lucky, she'll sleep in tomorrow.....
