Screwtape
This evening's Fringe entertainment was "The Screwtape Letters" based on the book by C.S. Lewis.
For a first night, unrehearsed in the venue, Saltmine Theatre Company were excellent - absolutely word perfect - and hugely entertaining. Screwtape had an amazingly mobile face, and Wormwood a surprisingly good singing voice. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Here are the never - ending tram works at Haymarket, complete with ghostly night workers, taken as I waited for the bus home.
