Day 1 - Self Portrait

I've joined in a 30 day photo challenge with several Blippers. You can find it here: the challenge.

Day one is my nemesis - the self portrait! I really don't like having my photo taken and usually crop myself out of family photos or hide behind the kids! I considered going with a 'Photobooth' shot with all sorts of effects to hide behind but decided I'd tackle it head on and go for something a bit more honest.

So, here I am. Me, the camera and the tripod. I'm quite pleased with it - I've managed to crop out the tattered wallpaper (thanks, pussycats!) and I even dusted the mirror!!
