I had a physio appointment today. This sign is hanging in the waiting area and has always made me smile!

This evening, I went to see Dr Phil's Rude Health Show at the Fringe with Sailfish. We decided to go to Spoon for a bite to eat afterwards and who should we bump into but Dave H and Meles - what a lovely surprise!!
