Needles & Cups

A busy day today getting things sorted for the weekend. I'm local organiser and an examiner on a BSAC First Class Diver exam over in the Clyde!

I had an acupuncture session this morning & my lower back was troubling me a wee bit. So I had my first experience of cupping therapy. It felt quite strange and has left big round red marks on my back!!

It was a beautiful day today & the sea was mirror calm. It's nice to see people in and on the water.
