Tinge of Autumn in the Air!

I took a country ride with a friend today and stopped at Nolte State Park. I'd been there a few weeks ago and it was all closed up...but power to the people....enough complained so park bathroom and parking facilities are now open!
We enjoyed a nice picnic and some time floating around in the waters of Deep Lake which is there.

On the way back I pulled off the road at the far edge of a driveway---a drive that was very long...I was about to set up my tripod when a woman came out of the house and loudly yelled for us not to block her driveway...I said I'm not..I'm just taking a photograph.. She yelled again "get out or I'll call the county sheriff". I knew full well there are no funds to pay sheriffs to come out like this but packed up to leave anyhow. I told my friend to help me get back in as I was about to do something dumb in my anger. We left but I my blood was boiling. I did get a blip a bit further down in another drive! It reminded me of a verse from the Woody Guthrie song This Land is Your Land.

As I went walking I saw a sign there
And on the sign it said "No Trespassing."
But on the other side it didn't say nothing,
That side was made for you and me go here
