Replacement man

The excellent Dan Sartain, who was playing in Edinburgh tonight. A friend Jan had got us tickets so I headed along with her, Roz and LuckyJim.

Roz and I were the only ones who had listned to much of his stuff before (probably more so me than Roz if I'm honest), so the other two didn't really know what to expect. An excellent fusion of Rockabilly and Surf which was as good as it sounds if that is up your street and was way better than it sounds if it isn't your thing.

If you're at a loose end in either Glasgow tomorrow night or London on Wednesday night you could do a lot worse than going to see him.
