Hands and Wine

This evening I have been out at a 'Retirement and Leaving' do. Two colleagues, one celebrating a new job, one celebrating retirement had a group get together. The pub is called the Robin Hood, and over twenty of us took up a whole section of it.

The hands you see are of the person who had to go round the tables taking the money for the food. It was all beautifully written down and there should have been sufficient in the kitty. However, there was still a discrepancy at the end. Oh dear.

The wine, a nice glass of red merlot, for me. Glad it wasn't me doing the money!
