Spring is springing

At last! It's the first day this year that we haven't needed the fire on. I went for a walk with Grace this afternoon to post a letter and ended up walking further on down the road as it was such a glorious day. These marsh marigolds were enjoying the sunshine too.

Mam managed to get down the stairs today - just! Don't know how she'll get back up though.
