Veggie garden safe!

Today I teared down a little "greenhouse" (a rather simple one built from a few planks and some plastic) in the corner of our veggie garden. We don't need it anymore since we grow our tomatoes on our glazed-in balcony.

After that we had to mend the "hole in the fence" where the "greenhouse" stood. Here you can see M giving it the final touch.

If we didn't mend the fence, the "evil" roe deer would have been there in no time to munch every green little shoot they could find, now that they finally had the chance.

It's great that the weekend still has two days - still lots of work to be done.
