Onions Unite

Theoretically, a canoe trip with good friend Niek through National Park the Biesbosch (a freshwater tidal area) is quite a good idea. In practice, it is not if the skies open upon you while in the canoe. Nevertheless, it was good fun, and the dinner was good too. The onions here were in the restaurant's garden, where every ingredient is grown.
