The Season Starts

Manchester United beat Newcastle United 10 - 7 in a pre season friendly. Dad will have to buy some new players and work on player fitness before the league starts in earnest. After the match he commented "if we'd have scored a few more we would have won"
Hugo - managing Man U commented "it was a game of two halves, the referee was a bit suspect and the grounds need levelling but the boys did well".

The season starts in earnets when Edgar the QPR manager returns. He is currently on a three day "conference" in Reading which will be followed by a one day "meeting" in Notting Hill.
