Portland Surprise!

We dropped off the hooligans at doggie "camp" early Friday morning and traveled down the I-5 corridor to Portland and the new home of Goose's parents whom we were visiting for the weekend. We got there about 1pm and were greeted by them at their lovely new home. When we were shown into the guest room low and behold Goose and Gander were in there and yelling SURPRISE!!! And we were! Big R jumped and let out a scream of surprise and I just cried with joy.

Then all six of us traveled into Portland --after a black bean patti lunch--to connect with Goose's sister and son for a Gondola ride and this shows us with Goose and Gander on top. Then after Gooses's sister and son went home the rest of us dropped by Powels bookstore to browse. and then had a vegan Chinese meal in Portland that was superb.

Thanks kids for the great surprise and Goose's parents for a wonderful time at their lovely home!
