Peking Duck

It's only taken me a month to go out for Peking Duck. Linds (Ninny) and I lived on it for the three or four days that we stayed in Beijing in 2006, although in one place, they brought us the duck's head. Fried. Needless to say we left it!

Xiao Wang's Restaurant just served the meat and it was great to have duck in pancakes with cucumber and sauce. Mmm Mmmm. We also had a number of other dishes, being pushed around the circular table - it was the best meal I've had since being here.

Horrendous thunderstorm and torrential rain earlier - thought it was never going to stop.
