Cocktails & Dreams!

This Cranberry Collins Cocktail was made by Valentine! He's at the hotel training the bar staff in flair bartending and tells me that the company he works for were involved with Cocktail, the film. Now, if Tom Cruise was behind the bar, then that would be cocktails and dreams. For now though, it's just cocktails and lots of them!
