Waiting at the student desk

I have to get a certified copy of my diploma to hand in to my new University where I will follow a masters programme..

Problem, first week of classes. Lots of new students who have to go to the student desk to get their picture taken, have problems with their subscription, etc.

I think I will be sitting here for a while.
