Honeysuckle cordial

This picture shows two batches of honeysuckle blossoms from the Park, one from a yellow-flowering honeysuckle and the other with pink--red flowers. I picked them yesterday and today and they are destined for an experimental preparation of honeysuckle cordial, something we haven't made before. The scent from these was glorious and we'll know by the end of the week whether this has been captured in the cordial!
