Italian Adventure day 10 - On the lake

Day 10 - Lake Garda
HUGE storm in the night! The lightning lit up the lake, it was very powerful!
We took a boat late afternoon over to Sirmione - a lovely little town on a peninsula. I stayed there last time I visited Italy, 2 years ago, and it was nice to have another look, and with someone special this time :) We decided we were glad we chose to stay in Desenzano though - less crowded, less narrow streets and cheeper too.
As we took the boat back the clouds started to gather over the mountains again. We expected another storm, but it never came.
And we spent our last evening in our favourite restaurant - rosemary steak, fritto misto and plenty of vino. And obviously, one last gelato on our way back to the hotel :)

Lake Garda is just beautiful. Nothing more to say.
