I apologise for my revolting photo today, I can assure you that it horrified me too. I sat at home tonight trying to figure out what today's 40 before 40 challenge should be and I remembered a conversation I'd had with Clare at the weekend about taking children to the dentist and it made me remember disclosing tablets. I quick trip to the chemist and this was the result, I last cleaned my teeth @ 07.15 this morning and this was taken just over twelve hours later. Needless to say, they are much whiter right now.
