Well, if George Sq Gardens were a person, that's how I think they feel now that Assembly have decamped.

The University has obviously been watching just how much damage to its green spaces (especially the Meadows & East Princes St gardens) the City council is willing to allow for whatever fee they charge the users, and seen that the Gardens can be another cash-cow for them.
