Skipping Vinegar Girl

Had a good day at work and then went to my sister, Nik's house for the night. She only lives 20 minutes away which is great! Saves me an hour of driving both ways! Nik cooked a lovely pasta for tea, we watched someone tv then I went to bed!

I took this on the way to Nik's house from the car! It is the skipping vinegar girl that is a well known landmark around Abbotsford. It was erected in 1936 to advertise the 'Skipping Girl' brand of vinegar and was one of the first neon signs of the time around that area. At night the neon lights light up in four different positions to show the rope moving!
