Time out

'Been seeking peace all day, it's been a multi campus project.

Reviewing manuscript at home this morning until there was meltdown over the possession of a toy. Escaped to the local library, but the only booth free was near the Kids zone. Out of the fat...

Then found some solace at Starbucks. (and chocolate grahams, of which I am increasingly fond). Returned home at around 5pm at the 300 page mark to celebrate with a False Creek Raspberry Ale and a quick squint at the Globe.

It's been a beautiful day here (sunny and 25c) and I was sorry to have missed the play park and rollerskating (Fleur is getting quite good - only fell over twice on the way home).

Reached 375 pages tonight. Drawing stumps.
