Art in the Park

After a ladies' match at a ridiculously early hour this morning, I popped along on the bike to Spylaw Park for a wee look at the Art in the Park Colinton village fair.
I felt I'd been transported back in time with the poshly besuited and frocked villagers. Then of course there were the macho army types doing their tug of war (against a tree?) and the exotic dancers of Colinton.

You could have paid me a lot of cash but there's no way I'd have belly danced for the throngs and worn a vast amount of fringing like this lot.
