whaleless whale watch

Having a fab time, went on a trip to see whales today...alas the success rate at the moment is only about 70% and today was a no show, i've rebooked for free to go on the last day of my holiday this thursday!

This is a 'stellar' sealion i believe, we also saw hundreds of seals and some dolphins (or possibly porpoise, i was a bit deaf from the boat engine and couldn't hear what was going on!!)

most impressive was dozens of bald eagles perched on the rock as we left the harbour! the photos weren't very good though alas!

i'm in an internet cafe, (still swaying from thr boat trip!!) will attempt to backblip if i have the time left!!
