Pampass Grass .... again

I know there has been a bit of a pampass grass, sunset, sunrise theme going on with me in the short time I have been blipping, but the sky has just been amazing lately and I am making the most of the pampass grass silhoette before it has to be chopped ready for spring growth.

I have no idea what time of year you are supposed to chop it down - probably a while back! Any ideas? Things tend to happen when we get round to it in our house.
