Passing the Time

Bit of a late blip for me.

Busy day including a meditation workshop. Lots of laughs, tears and a number of people falling asleep.

Took a photo of an apple, just in case, but when I met my friend for a coffee and a chat while our daughters were at dance class I asked her to be my model. Reluctantly she agreed. Thank goodness.

Will keep the apple for another day.
