Moving

A and A and the kids are moving tomorrow. I'll miss them, they've been great neighbours but it's time for them to move on. Some folk didn't see/ignored the parking bay suspended signs so the Council came along and moved the cars - picked them up and put them down again, just like pawns. Hope the owners found them.

There's movement here too. #3 son (23) is off to Aber in a couple of weeks so it was off to get the stuff for the student flat. Third time I've done this and second for him so we should have been better at it than we were. 5 hours later and after visits to Sainsbury's, IKEA and a second Sainsbury's we had most of the stuff he needs and I had a well used credit card.

#2 son (25) came round for tea and some hard talk about the his future, his finances and moving forward.

They never tell you about all of this in the antenatal clinic, do they? But you've got to invest in your kids, haven't you?
