Belle Bridal

Today I photographed the fifteen paintings from the Bellingham Plein Air Paint Out. I decided to post my painting as today's blip. Each painting is 8 by 10 inches and was painted between 9 am and 5 pm during PAPO. We had to turn them in at the end of the day. So what you see is what I painted during the day. No studio work afterwards. Today I saw how fresh and wonderful all fifteen paintings are. Just fantastic. There is something special about painting outside in the fresh air. It didn't hurt that the day was perfect, in the mid 70s with warm bright sunshine. My favorite kind of day to be out painting. To see more detail check out the large version.
