In a Marcie Minute

Off-center and goofy...

This fits for exactly how my son Jake (#15) and his friend Wyatt were after their varsity soccer game 7-2 victory tonight. What a couple of goofballs! I'm glad a captured this moment instead of the other events that occurred today:

I couldn't find my name badge for work.
I was running late (who? ...Me?).
Josh chased me down leaving the driveway to sign a paper he needed for school...the paper was in the house, the house was now locked.
I was running later. More late?
The workday... well, could have gone better.
I missed my exit on the way to Jake's game and drove an extra 10 miles to get back on track.
Jake's game started a half hour later, so I didn't miss the second half (this time). OK... I had the time wrong. Sometimes that works for me.
My camera had an error 30 message during the best shot of the game.
I started blipping early this evening, but postponed when Jake dropped a gallon of dill pickles on the kitchen floor while trying to put them in the fridge. Yes,a gallon. And yes, the lid was loose. We were really, well..."in a pickle" then. I wish that I had blipped it.

So that sums it up.
Don't' worry.
The day didn't cause me to "blip out"... I got "blipped" by midnight.
Right on time.
