Concentration

This is only my second SP - the first was a while ago now, though just noticed that I'd just hung up the first fat ball for the birds on that day, and here I am waiting for them to visit the upgraded version! Been lots of blue tits the last couple of days, along with the odd coal tit and one great tit. Jem saw a sparrow on the window sill yesterday - we have so many I hope they don't take over!

Went for another run today - but harder than Tuesday's, but managed around 4 miles in about 35 minutes. Tried to incorporate some intervals on Riverside, as well as a very steep hill. So although I felt it was much less successful, second runs always are and it wasn't too bad! Very wet though, heavy drizzle all the way. Once the initial shock of cold had worn off, it was actually quite pleasant to run in. Shame I have to wear glasses though....
