Back to the old routine?

Having eaten in hotels for 10 days and indulged?.a little.

It is good to get back to the usual porridge, linseed and fresh fruit for breakfast. It sets me up for a session in the gym and then 4 hours on the telephone and computer.

It is now Friday evening and some ?me time? not sure what that will include!!
