Plenty of love and laughs

This hangs on my wall and I love the saying...
It's true..laughter and love do keep us well and I've experienced lots of both lately especially today. The love I feel from my friends overwhelms me at times, just even by their advice or a big strong hug and that's the love that I needed today (thanx mister b). Tonight I had so many girly laughs too and it too was needed muchly (thanx miss a).
I definitely lived well today :-)
