RAF Singapore Re-union

Took my Mother-in-Law to a reunion today for RAF stations in Singapore - Changi, Seletar and Tengah. It was a great afternoon, lots of chatting about the old days of Singapore.
Bit of a time difference in that Betty was at RAF Changi 1949-1952 and I was at RAF Seletar 1969-1971.
I left Seletar in the February after closing down the communication centre. The camp officially closed in the March.

So I returned the UK the month that our £ s d changed to decimal currency. Who remembers that far back!
