This is an equine swimming pool, used to rehabilitate horses. I took this snap while out helping the vet in my life do her stuff.

Finally ran today after many arguments with myself about the pro's and con's of doing so, eventually the enthusiastic part of me won out and I managed a 4 miler!

My run was hindered by the wind, the tail end of hurricane katia apparently, but I was told by stustod that running in adverse conditions is a good training aid!
