A little walk

I went to see my surgeon this morning, two weeks on from the operation, and he was pleased with me. He advised me to keep trying to do a little more each day - I didn't need much encouragement.

We called into Waitrose on the way home, and then later on I tore myself away from daytime television (not hard !!) and set off camera in hand.

As you can see from this snooty feline expression, I did get some strange looks on the way - clattering with my two sticks and clad in my Norah Batty "flight socks" - but it was such a delight to step out a little further.
