Bread and butter pudding in the making

This b&b pudding recipe is the best ever. I learnt it from a Chef about 10 years ago. He used to be a pastry chef in a michelin starred kitchen and taught me so many things. Actually he inspired me to find the love for cooking again and if I hadn't worked with him I wouldn't be cooking the way I do now. He also taught me about finding mushrooms. He is now in charge of a catering college and that's absolutely brilliant. We need chefs like him to teach the next generation of chefs so we get some proper skill into the kitchens.
