Verdin

The Verdin is a very small bird. Only 4 inches. His body is gray with a red shoulder patch and a yellow head. Their nest is ball shaped made of grass. They love to drink from the hummingbird feeders and make quite a racket when approaching the feeder. One of my favorite little birds.
