Pesto fest....

It's starting to get to that time of year when we really have to start harvesting some stuff.....like the basil....so i got into my pesto making stint in the kitchen today! I only harvested about half of it, and have filled 2 ice cube trays plus another container - they are now sitting in the freezer - tomorrow i'll wrap them up and put them to bags, and back into the freezer!

We're having a few friends over for dinner so i've also spent the last 2 hours in the kitchen, making a pretty deliscious curry....i'm looking forward to this newish gang...made up of folks that are new to some of them....but the best part...a 6 week old wee chap...looking forward to meeting him!
