Birthday Gift

Today was my birthday, the flowers came from my daughter who could not be with me for a party - I broke through my wall of hesitation and asked friends over to join me in celebrating my accumulated years - my husband and I made an array of main dish salads during the day so no fuss when friends arrived - one dear fellow blipper Aquamarine Nana K's Day made an amzing chocolate cake. My husband gave me the plans and picture of a small rowing boat he will make me this year. Gadzooks do I feel special! But friends and family and their love and support are what that special feeling is all about and stems from. Humbled and thankful at the end of the day!
