Darling Dot!

Helped out at a coffee morning at church today and having been up earlier than usual I was happy to call it a day by lunchtime, but when I got home my dear friend and ex colleague Dot had left a message suggesting we went to Saltaire Festival this afternoon.
So I grabbed a sandwich and off we went arriving just as the heavens opened. We made straight for the vintage and craft stalls inside Victoria Hall to shelter from the rain and we never made it out again to the other attractions.

Here we are having a brief respite from the bargain hunting with tea and cakes from the excellent vintage cafe 'Interlude'. Our only complaint - the cakes had nearly all gone. Then back to it.
I didn't buy too much but it is on again tomorrow with all those outdoor stalls we missed today to look at.

Best of all was having fun with my darling Dot!
