Woke up this morning to rain, then dry, rain, then dry, rain then dry!!! Stuck home this morning as none of us wanted to go out and get wet and it took us all until mid morning to even bother getting dressed. Very lazy!

By this afternoon though the games had been played, the film watched, the colouring done the roast was cooking and we were bored and itching to go out. As soon as there was a decent break in the clouds Jack, Erin and I headed down to the beach. The tide was just starting to come back in and it was lovely. Just what we needed.

Headed back home with the twins a lot wetter than we left but happy. A yummy roast followed by baths and then homegrown and homemade blackberry and apple crumble left them tired and ready for bed. Preschool for them tomorrow and my first full day of childminding. I can't wait.
