Watercress Cream Tea

It seems as if we have had a tour of tea/coffee houses in Hampshire!

Nearby our farm, is the market town of Alresford, and has an abundance of stylish little shops, tea/coffee rooms and country pubs.

The sun was shining, so we sat outside and had this delicious watercress cream tea. Watercress is grown in this area, and we walked on the outskirts of the town to see it growing.

The egg mayo & watercress sandwich was delicious, as was the warm scone with clotted cream and home made jam. Mmmmmmmmmm.
