Travels with a Ginger Dad

Skipped my second cup of tea at breakfast this morning. The extra twenty minutes gave me time to take a more meandering route to work; just as well, the torrential rain put paid to any walks later in the day.

As I wandered down Hill Street, I passed the Fire Station. The oldest parts date from 1909 and are now a museum, with some statuary outside celebrating the gallantry of the fire service, past and present. What I'd never noticed before was their comrade in bronze on the second floor balcony; the eye opening benefits of blipfoto.

The building behind is the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce.
